How do the tiers work?▾
The first 25 employees are always free. Employees 26–100 cost 15 kr each, 101–250 cost 10 kr each, and from 251 it's 5 kr each — like tax brackets, so growing never makes your bill jump.
How is cake and flower cost billed?▾
The platform fee covers the software. Each order goes on your monthly invoice at the catalogue price — no markup from us.
When are employees counted?▾
At the end of each month, using the employees on your list. No proration for mid-month changes.
What if an employee has allergies?▾
Employees fill their own preferences via a secure link, and orders respect them.
What if a celebration falls on a weekend?▾
Configurable per company: deliver the Friday before, the Monday after, or ask HR to decide.
