Company setup
Create your account, add office locations, and import employees by CSV or manually. Configure milestone rules per office and set an approval policy.
Daily milestone detection
A scheduled job checks every day for upcoming birthdays, work anniversaries, and custom milestones — accounting for weekends, public holidays, and each supplier's lead time.
Order generation
When a milestone is detected we validate eligibility, pick the delivery office, apply your cake rules, match an eligible supplier, and either place the order or request HR approval first.
Delivery tracking
Statuses flow from Placed → Confirmed → In preparation → Out for delivery → Delivered — visible to HR at all times. Supplier contact details stay hidden.

Reminders for upcoming milestones, approvals, confirmations, and delays — email today, in-app soon.
Privacy by default
Employees control their own preferences via a secure token link. HR never sees which supplier fulfils an order, and suppliers never see company or personal data beyond a first name.
